He has managed litigation in England and Wales at Horizon Chambers, Optima Chambers and presently at Redemption Chambers. He possesses a strong decision-making acumen with legal problem-solving skills in corporate and commercial practice. He is comfortable in dealing with legal ambiguity. He demonstrates organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and competing priorities to achieve best litigation outcomes and positive results.

He has superior communication and research skills. His experience involves generating and drafting documents, preparation of affidavits, compiling legal bundles, witness statements, books of disclosures and chronology of events. As a Barrister/Legal Counsel in England and Wales he has done legal research, statutory studies, obtained case laws and other necessary information for successful litigation. Lawrence is a well-bred negotiator and always maintains the position of a win-win attitude. He can analyse claims and materials facts in all formats and can tackle a variety of contentious situations.

In 2009, Lawrence ventured into international Real Estate and has since assisted many people in diaspora into purchasing land and comfortably building their own home in Nigeria through Equation Concept Nigeria Limited. Lawrence has indeed activated his charming skills into winning clients to invest in Real Estate in Nigeria and Africa in general. Through Equation Concept, Lawrence has gained good working knowledge of Real Estate in Nigeria and the continent of Africa, which has given Equation an edge over other organizations.

Joanna Shorinde holds a Bsc (Hons) in Estate Management from London Southbank University, London U.K. Joanna has over fifteen (15) years post qualification experience in real estate services professional, property management, building design, construction and real estate finance and information technology. She is a self-motivated, self-disciplined and team oriented person with a focus on achieving the goals of the organization and adding value to the community at large.

Joanna has a strong communication skills and strong ability to respond to clients and the public in a culturally sensitive and emphatic, non-judgmental respectful and diplomatic manner. She also has extensive experience working alongside multi-disciplined teams for residential and commercial properties and proven ability to offer the clients good project management support, delivering quality, customer focus and value for money services. She is able to deliver effective customer services through monitoring key performance indicators.

Joanna has worked extensively with various employers, both in United Kingdom and North America including Bromley Valuation Office, Kent, United Kingdom, DMS Group, Hamilton, Ontario-Canada. Joanna has been a key player in regeneration initiatives, working in partnership with Property Developers, Private Landlords and other property providers in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
